The accessories can meet the most demanding mechanical access requirements.

The 1131B is the RoHS compliant version of the 1131A. The 1131B is 100% form, fit, function and price equivalent to the 1131A.

Keysight InfiniiMax differential probes are DSP corrected to have a flat magnitude and phase response to provide the highest possible accuracy. The bandwidth chosen to correct to is typically around 3dB non-corrected bandwidth.
