The Keysight DP0032A is a 200 MHz high voltage differential probe with 600 Vrms CAT III ratings. Make safe and accurate differential voltage measurements up to ±1,500 V in fast-switching environments with high common-mode voltages.

- attenuation ratios: 500 / 50:1, auto-switchable
- differential input impedance: 10 MΩ || 2pF
