The Keysight DP0030A is a 100 MHz high-voltage differential probe with 300 Vrms CAT III / 600 Vrms CAT II ratings. Make safe and accurate differential voltage measurements up to ±750 V in fast-switching environments with high common-mode voltages.

- attenuation ratios: 250 / 25:1
- differential input impedance: 5 MΩ || 2pF

The DP0030A ships with the following standard accessories:
- DP0040-68702 extension lead set, 1 m
- DP0040-68704 hook test clip set
- DP0040-68705 alligator test clip set, 3,000 V
The DP0030A is compatible with any oscilloscope on the market that has BNC inputs with 1 MΩ input impedance.
