The Keysight DP0031A is a 200 MHz high voltage differential probe with 300 Vrms CAT III / 600 Vrms CAT II ratings. Make safe and accurate differential voltage measurements up to ±750 V in fast-switching environments with high common-mode voltages.

- 200 MHz bandwidth, ±750 V differential (DC + AC peak)
- attenuation ratios: 250 / 25:1, auto-switchable
- differential input impedance: 5 MΩ || 2pF
- DC common mode rejection >80 dB

- AutoProbe interface, 1 MΩ input
The DP0031A ships with the following standard accessories:

The DP0031A is compatible with Keysight oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ AutoProbe interfaces, including InfiniiVision 3000X, 4000X, 6000X, and HD3 Series, and Infiniium EXR and MXR-Series.
