The N1021B is an ergonomically designed handheld probe to interface TDR/TDT modules to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and components that lack common coaxial high-frequency connectors. The built-in wheel adjusts the pitch between the differential tips to make good contact with pads or access points spaced from closed to typical IC pins (2.54 mm).
Engineers working on high-speed differential electrical channels can analyze where the device under test (DUT) causes reflections that unfavorably affect the signal integrity (SI) of their designs. Manufacturers of printed circuit boards (PCB) can control process consistency from batch to batch, and/or locate the position of shorts, opens, or other flaws.
The N1021B probe is used in conjunction with the DCA-X Wideband Oscilloscope Mainframe, the 54754A Differential and Single-ended TDR-TDT Module, and the N1055A35/50 GHz 2/4 Port TDR/TDT Remote Sampling Head. The N1021B probe launches small electrical steps in the DUT (device under test) and/or receives the response, which is processed and displayed in the time domain or as S-parameters (SDD11, SDD22, SDD21, or SDD22). Time-domain measurements can display the reflected voltages or observed impedances versus time or distance. S-parameter measurements include magnitude, phase, and group delay.

The Keysight N4694D microwave electronic calibration (ECal) module makes calibration of Keysight vector network analyzers fast, easy and accurate. The N4694D is a precision 2-port ECal module that supports 1.85 mm connectors up to 67 GHz. Select either female-female, male-male, or female-male connectors. The plastic storage case for the N4694D is included for securing your ECal module and accessories.
The N4694D Option 0DC extends the calibration frequency range down to DC, which is beneficial for broadband device modeling or time domain and signal integrity analysis using enhanced time domain-analysis on the Keysight network analyzers.
This ECal module is an ideal solution for calibrating vector network analyzers. Performing a full two-port calibration takes less than half the time and number of connections versus traditional mechanical cal kits. The operator simply connects the ECal module to the vector network analyzer via USB and the firmware controls the rest, thus reducing the chance for operator error. Wear and tear on connectors is reduced as well, lowering repair costs on both the test port connectors and calibration standards.

The N5477A sampling scope adapter makes the InfiniiMax III probing system fully compatible with the Infiniium 86100 DCA sampling scope family. With the N5477A, the DCA modules have 30 GHz of probing, increasing their performance and flexibility.
Previously the 86100 DCA wideband sampling oscilloscope was limited to 13 GHz of probing, but with the N5477A sampling scope adapter and the InfiniiMax III probe, the 86100 DCA can now probe up to 30 GHz.
The N5477A can also be used to connect the InfiniiMax III probe to generic 50 Ω test equipment such as a spectrum analyzer as long as the 1143A power supply and 5062-1247 NMD male-to-3.5mm female adapter are used.
The N5477A connects directly to 3.5 mm male bulkheads, such as the trigger input on the 86100 Series mainframes or the electrical channels of the 86112A, 86105C, 86105D-141, 86108B-LBW and other modules. It can also be used with 2.4 mm male bulkheads found on modules like the 86105D-281, 86108B-HBW or 86117A by adding the 85130-60010 2.4 mm (f) to 3.5 mm (m) NMD adapter (sold separately). The N9355CK01 is a diode limiter to protect sensitive oscilloscope channels from damage due to electric overload stress (EOS) and electrostatic discharge (ESD). For example, voltages in excess of ±2V can destroy high-performance samplers used in oscilloscopes. The limiter dramatically reduces the likelihood that such voltages will reach the sensitive part of the instrument, hence ensuring that the oscilloscope will work reliably for a long time.
Instruments with dual electrical channels, such as the 54754A, will need quantity two N9355CK01s. Step generators within the TDR modules use ≤ 0.2 V which is far less than the diode threshold of the N9355CK01 limiter. The N9355CK01 can also be used to protect the electrical channel of 86105X and similar modules, as long as the signal does not exceed the range -0.5V to +0.5V.
