Accelerating Chiplet PHY Design Verification Using PathWave ADS
This paper discusses accelerated design verification for chiplet PHYs using Keysight’s PathWave Advanced Design System (ADS). As chiplet-based architectures become integral for high-performance computing, verifying their physical layer (PHY) requires fast, accurate simulation and testing tools. This paper highlights the capabilities of PathWave ADS in supporting signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) analysis to streamline chiplet PHY design verification. Attendees will gain insights into ADS’s automation, co-simulation capabilities, and advanced modeling techniques, enabling faster time-to-market and improved reliability for cutting-edge chiplet solutions in data centers, AI, and 5G applications.
