With Keysight, testing will not become your next big challenge. Our Novus load modules give you the flexibility and scale needed to validate from 100Mbps to 100GE technologies. They support validation of Layers 2 through 7 with Keysight’s award-winning IxNetwork and IxLoad test solutions. Our 5-Speed and 3-Speed models are Dual-PHY fiber and copper test solutions and, for applications that require portability, the Novus ONE is our 3-Speed appliance.

The Novus and Novus-S load modules deliver the high density and performance for Ethernet network, security, and application testing. The Novus native QSFP28 100GE interfaces support multiple speeds and fan-out cables for multi-rate test systems that satisfy needs ranging from basic interoperability and functional validation, to high-portcount performance tests. Users can configure the 100GE ports to operate in 50GE, 40GE, 25GE, and 10GE modes. All ports operate independently so that if one link goes down, the others are not impacted. This also means you can configure one of the eight physical QSFP28 ports to operate in one mode (for example, 2x50GE) and another to operate in a different mode (for example, 4x25GE).

Flexible and Scalable Integration

With hot-swappable load modules, the XGS12 platform supports a highly flexible testing environment. It is compatible with Novus, XM, K400, PerfectStorm, and CloudStorm load modules, enabling seamless integration with existing Keysight systems while supporting future scalability.
