Introducing Model Qualify Assurance (MQA) 2026 Update 1.0
MQA 2026 update 1.0 is the next major update release of MQA, the industry standard, automated SPICE model validation software.
MQA supports PrimeSim Spice of Synopsys, the new Aging Model QA rule of sweep stress voltages, and adds the new aging model templates (OMI, MOSRA, MOSRA API, AgeMOS, URI). MQA2026 update 1.0 also supports loading DP data and plotting it as bar.
