Gooi Soon Chai is the senior vice president of Keysight Technologies and president of Order Fulfillment and Digital Software Solutions. He oversees the company’s software test automation business, order fulfillment, global procurement and materials, and information technology functions.

Previously, Soon Chai served as Keysight’s president of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, establishing the company as a central player in the automotive, Internet of Things, and semiconductor measurement segments.

Before Keysight’s separation from Agilent in 2014, he served as the president of order fulfillment for its life sciences, chemical analysis, and electronic measurement business groups. As vice president and general manager of Agilent’s Electronic Instruments business unit, Soon Chai managed a diverse portfolio of businesses serving the general purpose, semiconductor, board-test, and nanotechnology markets.

Soon Chai holds a bachelor’s degree with first-class honors in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of London and a master’s degree in computer science from the Imperial College of Science, Technology, and Medicine, London.
