HIGHLIGHTS
- Enables internal pulse generators that can be used to control the internal pulse modulators (lite version of S95025B Basic Pulsed-RF Measurements).
- Provides an integrated pulse application that uses the wideband-detection method.
- Pulse period range covers from 1 us to 10 sec.
- Minimum pulse width is down to 50 us with the settable resolution 5 us.
- Requires hardware Option 021 on the M983xA or M980xA.
Using the built-in pulse modulators, the PXI VNAs are complete pulsed-RF measurement solutions, eliminating the need for external test sets and pulse generators. S95024B also controls external pulse generators and modulators and can synchronize to external master pulses. If using external master pulses or external pulse modulators, the Y1731A PXI adapter module is recommended.
