The Keysight E2645A USB test option for 4-channel 54845A/46A and 5481xA/2xA Infiniium oscilloscopes makes USB electrical compliance testing as simple as making an automatic measurement. Infiniium has significantly reduced the work associated with USB compliance testing by eliminating the need to transfer scope signals to a PC. The Infiniium USB test option features run-time MATLAB® embedded in the scope for use with the USB signal integrity scripts - a one-box solution.

For USB 2.0 hi-speed testing, order the E2645A test option as well as the E2649A for a complete set of six hi-speed test fixtures and power supply.
