Find side channel leakage and fault injection vulnerabilities in your designs pre-silicon and identify the root cause automatically.

Highlights

With DS2210A Inspector SC2 Pre-Silicon Side Channel Analysis, chip vendors can find side channel and fault injection vulnerabilities in their designs. Find leakage and identify the root cause automatically to make informed decisions on the security posture of your development.

Inspector SC2 Pre-Silicon Side Channel Analysis simulates a register-transfer level (RTL) design, netlist, or routed netlist using your electronic design automation (EDA) toolchain. It then collects around 5000 traces to detect leakage, identify the leakage window and which signals and gates are active in that window, and rank which ones are contributing to the leakage.

  • Leakage analysis: Find leakage that an attacker can exploit and detect the parts of the design that contribute to it
  • Root cause analysis: Point to gates on a physical level and translate to the RTL design to prevent security vulnerabilities
  • Enable non-security-expert designers to find the root cause of security issues
  • Find and identify issues while it’s still quick to fix them
  • Reduce the need for time-consuming and expensive silicon testing
  • Reduce the risk of post-silicon certification failure and insecure products
