M9341A
The M9341A digital I/O with the 24-bit digital I/O connector and triggering ports provides communication signals between the PXI vector network analyzer (VNA) installed in the same PXI chassis and an external handler.
The M9341A digital I/O with the 24-bit digital I/O connector and triggering ports provides communication signals between the PXI vector Network analyzer (VNA) installed in the same PXI chassis and an external handler. This allows the PXI VNA such as the Keysight M937xA and M9485A to be used in an automated test environment.
The M9341A digital I/O is compatible to the 24-bit digital I/O connector on the rear panel of the Keysight VNA such as the PNA and ENA Series.
M9341B
M9341B equipped with digital and analog interfaces provides communication signals between the PXI VNA, DUT, and external peripherals in an automated test system.
The Keysight M9341B PXIe Digital and Analog I/O is equipped with a 24-bit digital I/O connector and an 8-bit digital interface to allow users to control the device under test (DUT) directly with serial or parallel digital signals. For example, the signals from the M9341B can be applied to select operation modes of the RF front-end module which integrates power amplifiers, switches, low noise amplifiers, duplexer or filters in a single component. The operation with the M9341B is synchronized with the measurement sweep by the Keysight PXI VNA such as the M937xA or M9485A, greatly improving measurement throughput.
For more comprehensive analysis, the M9341B has four analog input connectors to allow sensing of DC voltages from the DUT. The measured DC voltage can be displayed on the PXI VNA screen. The 1-slot module also supports two variable DC source outputs to control the DUT, while the DC source current can be monitored during measurements.
Y1221A
Keysight's Y1221A AXIe Filler Module (Single-slot module) ensures proper airflow and cooling when installed in empty AXIe chassis slots.
In order to ensure proper airflow and cooling in an AXIe chassis, filler modules must be installed in empty slots. The Y1221A AXIe filler module is one-slot wide and is included with the M9502A and M9505A AXIe Chassis. The Y1221A must be ordered separately with the M9514A chassis.
Y1224A
3.0-m cable for connecting multiple AXIe chassis together to form large systems
The Y1224A cable enables multiple Keysight AXIe chassis to share clocking, synchronization, and triggering signals. One cable is required to interconnect two AXIe chassis and additional chassis are connected in a daisy-chain fashion (one additional cable per additional chassis). Chassis-to-chassis timing performance is greatly improved if the AXIe module software provides timing correlation between chassis. Chassis-to-chassis timing correlation is currently supported by Keysight AXIe-based logic analysers. This cable is also supported with the 16900A, 16901A and 16902 logic analysis systems. MultiFrame cables can be used with other AXIe modules, but chassis-to-chassis tiiming correlation is not specified. This cable is not supported on non-Keysight AXIe chassis.
Y1223A
0.5-m cable for connecting multiple AXIe chassis together to form large systems
The Y1223A cable enables multiple Keysight AXIe chassis to share clocking, synchronization, and triggering signals.
Y1217A
Includes support rails and attachment hardware; can be used with both the rackmount kit and the cable tray kit
The Y1217A is a rail kit designed for the M9010A, M9018B, and M9019A when used in a Keysight rack. It can be used with both the rack mount kit and the cable tray kit. The kit includes support rails and attachment hardware. An M9018B or M9019A that is racked using this rail kit and the cable tray uses 5U of rack space. This kit is not compatible with the Y1270A Front Panel Interfacing Kit.
M9023A
The M9023A PXIe System Module has a flexible configuration capability. Each card has two Gen 3 x8 PCIe cable links capable of achieving speeds up to 8 GB/s.
The M9023A is a PXIe System Module and is installed in the system slot of a PXIe chassis. When combined with an appropriate host adapter, it will provide a high data BW connection between the host PC and the chassis. The M9023A has a flexible configuration capability. Each card has two Gen 3 x8 PCIe cable links capable of achieving speeds up to 8 GB/s on each port. These two ports can be combined into a single x16 cable link providing a speed of up to 16 GB/s. This means a data-intensive system can be built using high-performance desktop or rack-mounted computers.
When configured in dual x8 mode, the M9023A can be used in multi-chassis systems utilizing a daisy-chain configuration. This configuration has the added advantage of not requiring an instrument slot for daisy-chaining. One port would be connected to an M9048B and the other port would be connected to either an M9022A, M9023A, or M9024A in subsequent chassis. Alternately, the M9023A can be used with an M9037A PXIe embedded controller to interconnect two or more chassis in a multi-chassis system.
To ensure the best performance, the M9023A should be configured in x16 mode and paired with a Gen 3 x16 host PC card such as the Keysight M9049A. In all cases. x8 PCIe cables tested to operate at Gen 3 speeds such as the Keysight Y1202A or Y1203A should also be used.
M9010A
M9010A PXIe 10-Slot Chassis with Gen 3 performance, 8 PXIe Hybrid slots.
M9019A
The M9019A PXI Chassis gives you more flexibility to match the number and location of PXIe and hybrid-compatible modules with 16 PXIe hybrid slots.
The Keysight M9019A PXIe 18-slot Gen 3 chassis delivers the flexibility, compatibility, and performance required for demanding applications. With 16 PXIe hybrid slots, it gives the system designer more flexibility to mix and match the number and location of PXIe and hybrid-compatible modules. The ultra-high performance, PCIe® switch fabric can operate up to Gen 3 providing up to 24 GB/s of system data bandwidth. Combine the M9019A with the M9022A/23A/24A PXIe System Modules and M9048B/49A PCIe Desktop Adapters to achieve up to a Gen 3 x16 PCIe link to an external PC.
The M9019A has an innovative cooling design which allows the chassis to fit into 4U of rack space in most cases. When combined with the latest 1U rack-mounted computer, a powerful system can be built in only 5U of rack space. Additionally, optional “air-inlet” modules can be used to supply more cool air from the front of the chassis.
M9048B
The M9048B is a PCIe Host Adapter (with one Gen 3 x8 PCIe cable link capable of achieving speeds up to 8 GB/s) for desktop or rack-mounted external computers.
The M9048B is a PCIe host interface card for computers with PCIe expansion slots. It provides a high performance link from an external computer to an AXIe or PXIe Chassis. The card has a Gen 3 x8 PCIe cable link capable of achieving speeds up to 8 GB/s. This means a high performance system can be built using desktop or rack-mounted computers.
The M9048B utilizes a PCIe switch and clock isolation to provide a high quality clock source driven down the PCIe cable to the PXIe or AXIe chassis. Therefore, it always provides the same high-performance PCIe link regardless of the PC that it’s placed in.
The card utilizes an x8 Molex cable connector and should be used with x8 to x8 PCIe cables tested to operate at Gen 3 speeds such as the Keysight Y1202A or Y1203A. Operation is transparent to the software application and no software drivers are required.
