AE6980T Optical Automotive Ethernet Tx Compliance Test Software
The AE6980T is an automated software application that enables measurement of a significant subset of optical transmitter parameters outlined in the IEEE 802.3cz specification through a set of logically grouped tests. Use the Optical Automotive Ethernet Tx Compliance Software with the DCA-M (N1092A/C) sampling oscilloscope and the N1077A/B Clock Data Recovery (CDR) module. The N1077A/B CDR is used to recover the clock signal from the optical data stream so that the sampling oscilloscope can accurately align waveform samples and properly trigger eye diagram acquisition.
