Measure Low-Level RF Spurious Signals

Identifying spurious emissions requires measuring the frequency spectrum of the device under test across a defined frequency range. Comparing the fundamental signal with harmonics and other unwanted spectral responses reveals their frequency and amplitude and provides the measurement data needed to characterize spurious behavior across the selected measurement span.
