W3636A DDR3 x16 Non-Stacked DRAM BGA Interposer for Logic Analyzers
The W3636A DDR3 BGA interposer enables probing of DDR3 x16 non-stacked DRAM directly at the ball grid array using a Keysight logic analyzer.

- Provides connection to (address, command, control and data) signals between a U4154A logic analysis system and JEDEC standard 96 ball DDR3 x16 DRAM
- Provides observation of data traffic on industry-standard 96 ball DDR3 x16 non-stacked DRAMs
- Provides access for DDR eye scans and burst scans of DDR3 signals
- Works with all solder finishes, and is designed to tolerate lead-free soldering temperature profiles
Single W3636A requires:
- One E5845A ZIF probe to connect W3636A DDR3 BGA interposer to the U4154A logic analyzer with U4201A cables
- One U4154A logic analyzer module
• Option -02G for data rates over DDR3 1333
• Two U4201A logic analyzer cables
• AXIe chassis for U4154A logic analyzer
• Controller or host PC for U4154A logic analyzer

The W3636A DDR4 x16 BGA interposer allows you to gain signal access to the DDR3 signals critical to your debug and validation effort through a logic analyzer. The probe works in existing designs and eliminates the need for up-front planning or redesign. The probe connects directly to the balls of the DDR3 x16 non-stacked DRAM or with an optional 3rd party socket (not provided) enabling operation and acquisition of high-speed DDR3 signals without impacting the performance of your design.
