E5061B Software

E5061B-010 Time Domain/Fault Location Analysis

Locate discontinuities and mismatches in cables and connectors in the time domain.

E5061B-005 Impedance Analysis

Enables the analyzer to measure impedance parameters of electronic components such as capacitors, inductors, and resonators.

E5061B-006 Wireless Power Transfer Analysis

Measure Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) efficiency between coils or resonators in real-time with arbitrary load impedance setting.
