PSA Power Suite One-Button Power Measurements
Absolute confidence in making power measurements
Power Suite one-button power measurements make broadband signal measurements simple and intuitive through unique spectrm analyzer measurement capability. The PSA Series offers a comprehensive suite of flexible, one-button RF and microwave power masurements, with wireless format-based setups for 2G/3G, W-LAN, Bluetooth™, UWB, and S-DMB standards.
Power Suite is a standard tool set included in every PSA Series spectrum analyzer.
Power Suite measurements:
- Channel power
The Channel Power measurement measures the power and power spectral density in the channel bandwidth that you specify. - Occupied bandwidth
The Occupied Bandwidth measurement integrates the power of the displayed spectrum and puts markers at the frequencies between which a selected percentage of the power is contained. - Adjacent channel power (with multiple offsets)
The adjecent channel power measurement measures the power that leaks into adjacent transmit channels. Now perform the industry's fastest W-CDMA single carrier ACP measurement with Fast ACP mode. - Multicarrier power/12-carrier ACP
The Multi-Carrier Power measurement is a measure of the power in two or more transmit channels and of the power that leaks into their adjacent transmit channels. - Power statistics (CCDF)
Power Complementary cumulative distribution function (CCDF) curves characterize the higher-level power of the signal. It provides the distribution of peak-to-average power ratios versus probability. A CCDF curve is defined by how much time the waveform spends at or above the specified power level. - Harmonic distortion
Easily measure a signal's harmonics and reports the total harmonic distribution (THD) or the percentage of the signal's power that is contained in the harmonics. - Burst power
The burst power measurement is an accurate method of determining the average power for a specified burst. - Third order intercept (TOI)
The TOI measurement computes and displays the output intercept point (IP3), and places markers upon the trace to indicate the measured signals and third-order products. - Spurious emissions
The spurious emissions measurement identifies and determines the power level of spurious emissions in certain frequency bands. - Spectrum emissions mask
Spectrum Emissions Mask (SEM) measurement includes the in-band and out-of-band spurious emissions, and measures the power contained in a specified frequency bandwidth at certain offsets relative to the total carrier power.
