(*1) This software upgrades will require the redemption and installation of a license key file to activate the option. The redemption certificate and license key are delivered at the same time from the factory.
(*2) This software upgrades will requre the redemption and installation of a license key file to activate the option. Once a redemption certificate is received the license key file can be redeemed at the Keysight Software License Redemption Website.
(*3) The E5071C-TDR application software is initially installed and activated at service center. After the installation, you can update it to the latest revision by yourself. Please refer to here.
