Arnaud Allouche is senior vice president of Global Services at Keysight Technologies, where he leads the company’s global services organization. He is responsible for advancing Keysight’s services strategy, driving profitable growth, and strengthening the value, reliability, and lifecycle support Keysight delivers to customers worldwide.

Arnaud brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across global services, customer support, and business transformation in technology-driven industries. He has led large-scale services organizations focused on recurring revenue growth, digital service innovation, operational performance, and customer satisfaction in mission-critical environments.

Prior to joining Keysight, Arnaud served as global services vice president and general manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he led a worldwide services organization. In that role, he was responsible for services strategy, service sales and delivery, renewals, customer experience, and digital service innovation. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Hitachi Vantara, Hitachi Data Systems, EMC, and Hewlett Packard, with responsibility for services strategy, operations, sales, customer support, and transformation initiatives across global and regional markets.

Throughout his career, Arnaud has partnered closely with product, engineering, finance, and sales organizations to strengthen serviceability, operational readiness, and long-term customer value.

Arnaud holds a master’s degree in business management and finance from Université Dauphine in Paris.
