CX1105A
The CX1105A ultra-low noise differential sensor enables dynamic current measurements from 1μA to 100A under up to 100MHz bandwidth with existing shunt resistors.
The CX1105A ultra-low noise Differential Sensor, which features the industry-lowest-noise performance, enables a wide range of dynamic current measurements from 1 μA to 100 A by making use of existing shunt resistors on your evaluation or test boards. It measures the differential voltage across the shunt resistor, and then converts the measured voltage waveform to a current waveform in the CX3300 mainframe. The maximum measurement bandwidth is as high as 100 MHz, which allows you to measure and analyze the detailed current profile and power integrity of PDN (Power Delivery Network or Power Distribution Network) used in IoT devices, mobile devices, automotive electronic devices, etc. With the shielded twist pair cables furnished, you can start dynamic current measurements quickly.
CX1104A
The CX1104A selectable shunt current sensor is an accessory for the CX3300 series and enables dynamic current measurements from 1μA to 15A, up to 20MHz bandwidth.
The CX1104A selectable shunt Current Sensor enables dynamic current measurements from 1 μA to 15 A using the low-noise sensing technology. Using one of 6 available Calibrated Resistive Sensor Heads, CX1211A to CX1216A, you can make dynamic current measurements with the most appropriate measurement range. Since the insertion resistance of these resistive sensors are quite small, from 5.5 mΩ to 1 Ω, you do not have to be concerned about the voltage drop across the sensor. The frequency response of CX1104A is extended to 20 MHz without large fluctuations, and there is no frequency derating usually seen in the case of current probes. Since the resistive sensor head is calibrated, you are able to make more accurate current measurements than ever. A banana adapter is furnished for convenient high current measurements.
CX1103A
The CX1103A low side current sensor is a dedicated accessory for the CX3300 series mainframe and features the series widest stand-alone bandwidth up to 200 MHz.
The CX1103A is a dedicated current sensor for the CX3300 series and enables the widest bandwidth current measurements up to 200 MHz. The minimum measurable dynamic current is 100 pA level, with low burden voltage. This sensor is designed to measure current waveforms at the low-side of the circuit, which means the SMA connector’s outer conductor is connected to the circuit common. It also allows the addition of low noise DC offset current so that small waveforms on relatively large DC bias current can be clearly measured.
CX1102A
The CX1102A dual channel current sensor is a dedicated accessory and features wide dynamic measurement ranges due to the simultaneous capture technology.
The CX1102A Dual Channel Current Sensor uses two channels on the CX3300 series mainframe and enables much wider dynamic measurement range. The primary channel and the secondary channel are synchronized and have 100 times range difference, and you can view both waveforms simultaneously on a CX3300 mainframe. It is very useful when you measure wide dynamic range current waveforms such as in low power wireless devices or low power microcontrollers, which operates intermittently between sleep/standby and active states. It features wide measurement ranges from 40 nA to 1 A, 100 MHz stand-alone maximum bandwidth, and up to ±12 V common mode voltage range. Using a Sensor Head enables the electric connection to DUT. One unit of CX1203 Coaxial Termination Sensor Head and cables are furnished, so you can start measurements immediately. The wideband noise suppressed current measurement technology allows you to measure low-level current waveforms with small input resistance, typically 410 mΩ.
