Recommended Driver Version

  • M9391A driver: 2.1.230.1 or higher
  • M9393A driver (9 KHz to 27 GHz): 2.0.225.1 or higher
  • M9393A driver (3.6 GHz to 50 GHz): 2.1.875.1 or higher
  • Recommended Microsoft .NET Framework: 4.8

Enhancements:

Updated all X-Series measurement applications to XSA 35.00. (Only include multi-touch GUI applications)
