This download installs the SM2060.dll driver.

The driver is intended for use by customers with an installed base of Signametrics DMMs who wish to integrate Keysight M918xA DMMs into their systems, enabling little to no change to existing application programs. The kernel driver SMX206X.sys/inf is installed on the SMX206X. The kernel driver AgM918x.sys/inf is installed on the M918xA. The SM2060.dll (which is often referred to as a driver, but is actually a shared library), communicates with both the M918xA and SMX2060 series DMMs.

This Signametrics compatible SM2060.dll is also useful for Signametrics customers with SMX2060 PXI or SM2060 PCI DMMs who have upgraded their test system PC operating system to Windows 7.
