Evaluate the high resistance measurement capability of the B2985A and B2987A with the included 100 GΩ resistor

The N1422A contains a 100 GΩ resistor to evaluate high resistance measurement capability of the B2985A and B2987A. Using an external voltage source, you can evaluate current measurement of the B2981A and B2983A Femto/Picoammeters as well. In addition it has coaxial and triaxial connectors to simply terminate the cables for a wide variety of evaluation.
