  1. Click the Download button.
  2. Save the file to your computer and note the directory where the file is saved. A firmware update installed over the USB interface is a file with a .dfu extension.
  3. Unzip the file to access the .dfu file.

How to Install

  1. Refer to 681xC Series Firmware Update instructions in page 139 of User’s and Service Guide.
  2. It is not necessary to recalibrate the instrument following a firmware update.
