This instrument control bundle of software .iso image is no longer up to date and will not be updated anymore. It is provided here for legacy support only. Please use the individual software download pages, linked below, to get the very latest versions of IO Libraries Suite, Command Expert and BenchVue.

All the software installers can be installed in an offline environment. Download their individual installer executables and burn them onto a DVD for secure environment use cases.

Version Description

Updated .NET Framework requirement in Command Expert 2023 from version 3.5 to version 4.5.2

BenchVue Completely Control Collection (CCC) installer includes its prerequisites, platform and various BenchVue classic and PathWave BenchVue standalone applications.

Visit the BenchVue Complete Control Collection (CCC) download page to obtain only the BenchVue CCC offline installer that has the size of 4.8 GB.

  4. Use a DVD burner or other tools to write the .iso file on your online computer into a double-sided DVD, secure harddrive or read-only drive. 
  5. Use the double-sided DVD, secure harddrive or read-only drive to install these three software in the offline computer(s) or secure lab environment.

How to Install

  • Use a tool to burn the .iso file to a blank double-sided DVD. As these tools mentioned in Step 4 above are third-party tools, support will not be provided by Keysight Technologies, Inc.

  • Or you can also choose to right-click on the .iso file and Mount the .iso image virtually in Windows that that have that feature enabled to access the installers without burning it onto a DVD. Please look online on how to do this.

  • Double-sided DVD may be required as this ISO file size is close to 8 GB and most single-sided DVDs only hold about 4 GB.

  • Advanced features in BenchVue Classic applications and PathWave BenchVue applications have additional licensing requirements. Refer to each application's documentation and download page.

Latest BenchVue platform versions are supported only on Windows 10 and thus the supported OS's are listed to be only Windows 10 eventhough IO Libraries Suite 2022 U2 and Command Expert 2022 are supported on Windows 8 and Windows 7.

.NET 3.5 Framework is no longer required for IO Libraries Suite 2022 U2 but it is still required for Command Expert 2022. It is best to install it on Windows 10 images that have this feature pre-installed by your IT department, especially in secure environments without internet connection.

BenchVue Completely Control Collection (CCC) installer includes its prerequisites, platform and various BenchVue classic and PathWave BenchVue standalone applications.

BenchVue application installer .exe's are included in a separate folder within the .iso image. These application installers were the latest versions available in May 2020.
