Wie geht das Herunterladen

  • Click the Download button and download the 64 bit installer to your computer. Note, the installer will install the files needed for both the 64 bit and 32 bit office versions in the location where the spreadsheet will look for.

How to Install

  1. After you click the download button, you will have the option to Run or Save. Select Run.
  2. The installer places Readme.txt, Change Log.txt, VNAUncert64.dll and VNAUncert.dll in C:\Program Files\Keysight\VNA Uncertainty. 
  3. The installer places KeysightUncert.xlsm in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Keysight. This is the spreadsheet to be opened with Excel.
  4. After opening the spreadsheet in Excel, select the [Select Network Analyzer] button.
  5. Follow the instructions provided in the program to display measurement uncertainty data.
