Streamline safe, isolated insights with a galvanically isolated differential probe.

Highlights

Galvanically isolated voltage probes separate the device under test (DUT) from the oscilloscope and earth ground, enabling safer and more accurate measurements. This isolation effectively rejects common-mode signals, minimizes noise interference, and eliminates ground loops in high-voltage environments.

Keysight's isolated probes require the use of a probe tip to perform measurements. The PS0025A probe tip has the following specifications:

  • Max bandwidth: 1 GHz
  • Max measurable differential signal (VAC,peak + VDC - Voffset): ±500 V
  • Max non-destructive differential voltage (VAC,peak + VDC): ±500 V
  • Max offset (V): ±500 V
  • Max common-mode voltage range: ±60,000 V
  • Common mode rejection ratio: >180 dB at DC
  • Connector type: 0.100" pitch, 0.025" square pin socket
