Highlights
Galvanically isolated voltage probes separate the device under test (DUT) from the oscilloscope and earth ground, enabling safer and more accurate measurements. This isolation effectively rejects common-mode signals, minimizes noise interference, and eliminates ground loops in high-voltage environments.
Keysight's isolated probes require the use of a probe tip to perform measurements. The PS0023A probe tip has the following specifications:
- Max bandwidth: 1 GHz
- Max measurable differential signal (VAC,peak + VDC - Voffset): ±100 V
- Max non-destructive differential voltage (VAC,peak + VDC): ±500 V
- Max offset (V): ±500 V
- Max common-mode voltage range: ±60,000 V
- Common mode rejection ratio: >180 dB at DC
- Connector type: 0.100" pitch, 0.025" square pin socket
