The N8834A MultiScope application provides the ability to connect up to 10 Infiniium Series oscilloscopes to achieve 40-channel acquisition. The software provides a tight time correlation between the multiple scopes and is able to achieve inter-scope intrinsic jitter of 150 fs with precision calibration (Z-Series only). The software allows users to perform multi-lane oscilloscope analysis for applications such as optical networking, MIMO, DDR memory, and high-speed serial standards.
