The Keysight 81133A simple pulse generator sets the standard for high-speed applications by providing programmable pulse periods from 15 MHz (66.6 ns) to 3.35 GHz (298.5 ps) on all channels. When timing and performance requirements are critical, the 81133A’s fast rise times and low intrinsic jitter allow the precise and in-depth characterization of devices such as receivers or backplanes.
