How to Download

  1. Click the Download button.
  2. Save the file to your computer and note the directory where the file is saved.
  3. Unzip the file to access the .xs file.

How to Install

  1. Connect your instrument to the PC.
  2. Go to Start > Keysight Firmware Update Utility tool.
  3. Click Browse, then select the downloaded xs file and click open.
  4. Enter the appropriate IP Address or VISA Address in the Direct Connect Address field.
  5. Click on the Update button.
  6. Verify the information shown on the screen and Yes to perform firmware update.
  7. The firmware update process is complete after the instrument is rebooted.
