Modular Convenience for Waveform Analysis

The Keysight N1060A precision waveform analyzer is a digital communications analyzer (DCA) module that is compatible with the Keysight N1000A mainframe. Like all of Keysight's DCA modules, the N1060A provides a wide range of configurations and performance options to interchange the bandwidth and clock recovery data rate of your oscilloscope solution.

  • Gain margin with high instrument performance: bandwidth to > 90 GHz, residual jitter as low as 45 fs, adjustable clock recovery peaking and loop bandwidth
  • Reduce validation time with analysis tools like jitter spectrum analysis and software clock recovery emulation
  • Reduce development time through instrument flexibility
  • Enjoy simple, one connection “triggerless” operation with integrated clock recovery data rates to 64 GBd (112 Gb/s) (NRZ and PAM4) and integrated pickoffs

Fast Sampling Rate on Mainframe and Module

A new counter board architecture, variable equalizers in the clock recovery path, and integrated hardware de-skewing are just a few DCA features that help give you fast results. Watch this video to see how the new Keysight N1000A DCA-X mainframe combined with the N1060A precision waveform analyzer bring you faster 12 edge PAM4 jitter measurements.
