Starting from
Analyzes nonlinear RF circuits under transient excitation such as oscillator start up and amplifier pulsed response. Convolution uses frequency domain models for time domain transient analysis with advanced algorithms to ensure causality and passivity.
Highlights
The W3023E PathWave RF Transient/Convolution includes:
- High Frequency SPICE-like simulator with support for frequency domain models
- Advanced Convolution algorithm guarantees causality and passivity for accuracy
- Time-domain noise analysis with linear and nonlinear device models
- Time Domain Reflectometry and Optimization
Pathwave RF Transient/Convolution circuit simulator is a nonlinear time domain simulator for analyzing very large baseband and oscillator circuits for startup and pulsed behaviors. It also analyzes transient noise contribution from all linear and nonlinear device models. Advanced convolution algorithms guarantees causality and passivity of frequency domain models such as microstrip, stripline, transitions and discontinuity when used in the time domain for accuracy. Features DC back annotation to schematic, time-domain optimization and reflectometry.
