The Probe Resource Center (PRC) contains Keysight’s oscilloscope probes documentation including manuals, data sheets, SPICE models, application notes, and more. With the PRC, it has never been easier to find information regarding your probes.

NOTE:

  • The PRC is now delivered in an easy-to-use Web based HTML5 format suitable for Windows, Mac, Android, or iOS devices. This format is supported on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari browsers (Windows as well as Mac).
  • The PRC files can also be downloaded for offline reference.
