Keysight High-Speed in-vehicle network (IVN) & Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) Test focus on the most important high-speed technologies in automotive ethernet architecture like GMSL, DDR5, PCIe, automotive ethernet, optically isolated differential probes (on MXR). We can show 1 MXR, 1 UXR, and 1 VNA and divide applications:

• MultiGBASE-T1 (up to 5G) TX demo + High-Voltage isolated probing on the MXR​
• PCIe 5.0 and GMSL2 Tx testing on the UXR​
• Signal integrity measurements on the P5024A VNA

Keysight's network security test tools simulate real-world traffic and threats to identify vulnerabilities and ensure robust protection, validating network performance and security. This workstation focuses on Layer 2-7 network testing with Keysight's Novus ONE. We also display NPIs Novus mini automotive and Novus mini pro automotive, compact testers for automotive networks, with the latter offering advanced features for comprehensive performance and conformance testing.

HD3 oscilloscope: The HD3 Series offers portable precision from 200 MHz to 1 GHz, featuring four times the vertical accuracy with its 14-bit ADC, half the noise floor, fast waveform updates, and twenty-five times more memory for capturing small signals with high resolution. The automotive software package in HD3 enables protocol triggering and decoding for a broad range of the most common automotive serial buses such as CAN, CAN FD, CAN XL, LIN, and SENT used for power train and body control and monitoring.

Automotive electronic manufacturers are required to design and thoroughly validate their products to ensure optimum operation even in tough conditions. ISO standard test specifications such as ISO16750 and ISO7637 replicate some of the power transients seen in automotive applications, and compliance is required for quality assurance.​

N7971A Advanced Power Supplies: The advanced power supply (APS) is a two quadrant 1 or 2 kW ATE power supply, which has been promoted by AES and might be of interest here. This would also enable us to talk about the Advanced Battery Test and Emulation software for mid-power applications.

It offers up to 10 GHz frequency range, precise spectrum analysis, and real-time bandwidth capabilities. Its lightweight design ensures portability, making it ideal for field testing and troubleshooting.

AP5001A Analog Signal Generator: Keysight’s AP5001A is a portable analog signal generator which covers RF frequencies from 9 kHz to 6.1 GHz. It offers excellent signal purity, fast switching speed, and extensive modulation capabilities, including AM, FM, PM, pulse modulation, pulse train, and frequency chirps. Compact and lightweight, it's ideal for RF characterization and testing.​

E5047A Signal Source Analyzer: Keysight’s E5047A is a signal source analyzer measures phase noise and spectral purity from 5 MHz to 40 GHz. It features a two-channel cross-correlation system, fast fourier transform (FFT) analysis, and transient measurements. Ideal for evaluating signal sources like crystal oscillators and PLL synthesizers.
