Keysight logic analyzers provide either a 40-pin or 90-pin connector on the end of their input cables. Logic analyzers with 90-pin cable connectors have single-ended and differential signal capabilities while logic analyzers with 40-pin cable connectors only have single-ended signal capabilities. To be compatible, the number of pins on the probe cable must match the number of pins on the logic analyzer's cable connector.
