W3627B includes post-layout verifcation for high-speed serial, and the highest accuracy EM simulation using the FEM simulator. This provides full wave 3D EM simulation capabilities based on the Finite Element Method (FEM). This can be used for 3D components like connectors. This bundle includes HSD Circuit sim which contains: S-parameter sim, channel sim, transient sim, Controlled Impedance Line Designer (CILD), and Via Designer.
