The 42090A is an open termination and is primarily used for performance tests of Keysight's 4-terminal pair LCR meters and impedance analyzers. Refer to the instrument's operation/service manual for the method of using this standard.

The 42091A is a short termination and is primarily used for performance tests of Keysight's 4-terminal pair LCR meters and impedance analyzers. Refer to the instrument's operation/service manual for the method of using this standard.

The Keysight 909F family of precision low reflection loads are intended for use as calibration standards. Tantalum nitride on sapphire thin-film technology is used for exceptional long-term impedance stability. To ensure the best possible wear resistance characteristics, gold-plated beryllium copper has been used for the connector contacts.

The loads are available in APC-7, Type-N male and Type-N female configurations.

Type: 2.4 mm female connector

The Keysight 85140B coaxial short is used for establishing measurement planes for known reflection phase and magnitude in 50-ohm coaxial systems. It has a 2.4 mm female connector.

The CX1203A sensor head is furnished with the CX1101A and CX1102A current sensors. It provides an SMA connector for ammeter + and –  terminals of a CX3300 analog channel through a current sensor. It also provides built-in series 0 Ω and 50 Ω and the switch. The – (minus) terminal is connected to the circuit common by a 10 MΩ resistor. The following accessories are included so that you can start the wideband current waveform measurements quickly.

The Keysight CX1202A sensor head works with the CX1101A and CX1102A current sensors. It provides two SMA connectors for ammeter + and - terminals of a CX3300 analog channel through a current sensor. It also provides an SMA connector for a voltage monitor using a voltmeter or oscilloscope.
