Fully integrated cross-correlation signal source analyzer

The Keysight E5047A PN3 signal source analyzer comprises a two-channel cross-correlation system with two programmable low noise DC supplies with up to 15 V and 550 mA current capability. The unit also offers three low noise tuning voltages for -5 to +22 voltage range.

The E5047A PN3 signal source analyzer enables you to:

  • Measure absolute and residual (additive) phase noise, pulsed and non-pulsed.
  • Perform two-channel 100 MHz fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis.
  • Use transient measurements on frequency, phase, or amplitude versus time.
  • Streamline testing efficiency with an intuitive graphic user interface (GUI), API library, and powerful SCPI command language set.
  • Evaluate signal sources ranging from CVHF to microwave frequencies such as crystal oscillators, PLL synthesizers, clocks, and more.
