The Keysight E5045A PN3 signal source analyzer provides an all-in-one signal source measurement system in a compact unit. With built-in programmable power supplies and low noise tuning voltages, setup is a breeze.

The E5045A model includes the following features:

  • Radio frequency (RF) range of 1 MHz to 7 GHz with internal references
  • RF range of 5 MHz to 7 GHz with external references
  • Automatic characterization of voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) with frequency, Kvco, current consumption, power output, pushing, and more
  • Input power range of -15 to +20 dBm
  • Analysis range of 0.01 Hz to 100 MHz
  • Option to program from a desktop application (included) or via SCPI interface over ethernet, USB, or GPIB
