This firmware can only be installed on the N522xB PNA, N523xB PNA-L, N524xB PNA-X, N5264B, N529xA system, or on a PC with the appropriate emulator license.

Note: PNAs containing the version 7, Direct Digital Synthesizers (DDS) require firmware A.14.00 or above.

Note: PNAs containing the version 9 CPU require firmware A.15.71 or above.

Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
