MODELITHICS, INC. (www.Modelithics.com) is a leading-edge technology company providing comprehensive RF, microwave and mm-wave, including 5G, measurement services, as well as accurate, scalable measurement-based simulation models of RF components and semiconductor devices. Models representing over 25,000 individual parts are available in Modelithics libraries, which are installed as design kits in popular Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools, such as Keysight's PathWave Advanced Design System (ADS), PathWave RF Synthesis (Genesys) and PathWave System Design (SystemVue).
Modelithics unique premium models and measured data sets capture complex characteristics across frequency, bias, power, temperature, impedance and many other parameters, and offer scalable parameters to accurately match the designer’s applications. The advanced models help achieve first-pass design success, which can significantly speed up project schedule and reduce cost.
Modelithics has been supporting designer engineers worldwide since 2001 in a broad range of industries and also partners with RF component and semiconductor device manufacturers by developing RF and microwave active and passive simulation models for use in various Electronic Design Automation (EDA). Modelithics’ premium product is the Modelithics COMPLETE Library, which includes the CLR Library™, containing measurement-based Microwave Global Models™ for a multitude of commercially-available passive component families, as well non-linear diode models, non-linear transistor models, and system level component models. Modelithics’ services also address a wide range of custom RF and microwave measurement and modeling needs. Modelithics product offerings also include the Modelithics mmWave & 5G Library, and Modelithics System Components Library™.
