In rare instances, installation of the ITF 3.11 5DX Adapter software on the 5DX has removed the program used to convert TIF images to JPEG format for transfer to the ITF and display in ART. If this occurs, an information message will appear when trying to transfer images that states that the mkjpg.exe could not be located and the ability to transfer jpg images will be affected. To correct this, download this file to the bin directory of your current release (for example C:\5DX\R83\bin) and rename the file to mkjpg.exe.

Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
