The S95551B extends the number of ports by combining multiple PXI VNA modules installed in one or two PXI chassis into a single multiport VNA. The PXI VNA firmware recognizes the modules as a single VNA under one controller and provides full multiport error correction.
The S95551B is required only when more than one PXI VNA module is used. A host PC requires only one license for each S95xxxB application to operate in multiport mode.
The S95551B is compatible with the M983xA and M980xA Series PXI VNAs.
