PCIe AMI Model Builder is a wizard driven model generation workflow enabling you to build PCIe AMI models for both transmitters (Tx) and receivers (Rx). The AMI model generated includes key model parameters such as:
- CTLE
- AGC
- Compression
- DFE
- Clock Data Recovery (CDR)
PCIe AMI Model Builder produces 4 model files including:
- .ami
- .dll or .so
- .ibs
- .conf (stores and loads model parameters designed)
Specification based PCIe Gen5 and 6 AMI models available with this license (within PathWave ADS only). Requires a separate license to use this feature (W3082E).
