The N5991MM6A MIPI M-PHY® 6 Receiver Test Software maximizes the value of your Keysight M8040A BERT platform, helping you test, debug and characterize your M-PHY® 6 receiver designs easily with an intuitive user interface. The software automates signal synthesis, calibration, and characterization procedures, ensuring consistency and repeatability. During the process, the software generates reports that you can export in HTML format for further data analysis.
Jitter and SNDR calibrations, as well as Jitter Tolerance test are all present to ease the pathfinding and development of M-PHY® 6 receiver products. At the same time, a freely configurable characterization procedure allows easy testing of any impairment combination. And because the test patterns defined in the specification are supported, only minimal user input is required.
