The Keysight Technologies M9538A is a third-generation AXIe embedded controller, offering advanced features such as TPM 2.0, AXIe-wide PCIe® support, 4K video output, and an optional high-speed disk cache. Designed for high-performance, compact AXIe systems, this powerful one-slot module seamlessly integrates into hybrid test systems with the latest Thunderbolt 4 technology, along with GP-IB, USB, and LAN front panel interfaces.
- Intel i7-1185G7E 2.8 GHz quad-core processor with Hyper-Threading Technology
- Single-slot AXIe controller module
- Front removable 1 TB M.2 2280 NVMe solid state drive with additional rear optional NVMe SSD
- 16 GB DDR4 RAM memory standard with an option for 64 GB
- Gen 3 x16 PCIe link to the AXIe backplane providing up to 16 GB/s max data bandwidth from CPU to AXIe backplane (actual data bandwidth depends on chassis capability)
- Gen 3 x8 PCIe IPASS connector on the front for controlling a second AXIe chassis
The M9538A includes one GP-IB connector, two USB-C connectors that support USB/Thunderbolt 4, a 4k-capable DisplayPort1.2 for USB 3.0, two LAN ports (one 2.5GbE and one 10GbE), a 64-bit Windows 11 operating system, and TPM 2.0 security. Built on aa high-performance Intel Core i7 quad-core processor with Hyper-Threading Technology, the M9538A is ideal for handling powerful applications and multi-tasking enviroments.
