EXR2BW is the base part number for an EXR-Series scope post-purchase upgrade in bandwidth. (The EXR-Series' maximum possible bandwidth is 2.5 GHz.) Every model is calibrated to 2.5 GHz from the factory, so bandwidth upgrades require no further calibration outside of the standard recommended interval.

Keysight Infiniium EXR-Series oscilloscopes can be upgraded after purchase to a higher bandwidth up to 6 GHz. You can upgrade from your present model's bandwidth to a higher bandwidth at any time with the following part numbers (based on whether it's a 4-channel or 8-channel model):
