Get the high performance of the AP4021A frequency synthesizer’s proprietary architecture in a compact benchtop configuration. Enable exact frequency synthesis with mHz frequency resolution and very fast switching (below 20 μs over the entire frequency output range).
- Set output power in a range from -10 to +20 dBm
- Achieve very low phase noise, low spurious, and ultra-fast switching speed
- Phase-lock the high-stability internal reference to a programmable external reference
